Red Claws is one of the top Crawfish restaurants in Dallas. Their Crawfish is made with a sauce with your choice of spice level. The preferred flavor is RC Kick which includes a variety of different seasonings. Below is the seasoning menu along with the spice levels available. Recently we have noticed that their sauce is different than before, but that’s a good thing! Their sauce seems to have more flavor and is not as sweet!
